okay, i’m only posting five. there was a glitch in the hawkman scan and i don’t have time to rescan it now.

batman… i’ve always loved the character, but i’ve always thought the idea of putting a long flowing cape on a guy who most often fights hand-to-hand is ridiculous. i was sorely tempted to “accidentally” delete the cape, but, since this is a commission, i couldn’t.

big barda (gina carano)… no, i won’t be keeping the perfect dome of kirby hair when i ink this, but it was fun to doodle.

ice man (chris hardwick)… in the finished image, his left hand will be starting to ice up.

captain america… i really have no idea who the guy is in the photo reference the commissioner sent me, but i wasn’t completely happy with his face and tinkered a bit. now i think it looks like george eads. so, i guess i think george eads would make a good cap? i don’t know, it was late.

cosmic boy… yeah, i’ll eventually work my way through the entire legion. all 900 of them. i’m actually really looking forward to getting this one inked and colored… i’ve always loved rokk.
