no? she’s a really good MC with a great sense for shock lyrics. some of her choices of backing tracks are questionable, but 212 doesn’t have that problem. the only visual aesthetic she hit before other people was seapunk, which… :E

yeah, we’ll have to agree to disagree. if i want to hear someone speaking rapidly in a monotone, i’ll go back to judging policy debate… at least they’re talking about things that (should) matter to me. and if i want to hear about “ruining cunts”, i’ll just hang out with drunk frat boys. ms. banks is not my cup of tea. as far as the aesthetic goes, i was thinking more of the “pam grier meets captain america” look she sported in the other video i watched (and i’ve seen a gazillion gifs of).
